CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A luxury home in one of Indian Hill’s newest residential developments has been listed for sale.
The home at 15 Old Orchard Lane is listed for just under $3 million. The two-year-old home is in Indian Hill’s Meadows at Peterloon community, which includes 42 luxury homes. The listing marks a rare resale in the neighborhood, as most have only been new construction sales so far.
