HERNANDO, Miss. – DeSoto County Chancery Court and Circuit Court offices will be closed on Monday, December 1st, due to repairs on the courthouse boiler.
According to Desoto County Government officials, Circuit Court sessions with Judge Gerald Chatham will continue as scheduled, while all related Circuit offices will be closed. Chancery Court offices, including passport services, will also be closed for the day.
Despite the closure of the main offices, certain Chancery offices will remain open. The Chancery Land Records office located at 311 W. South Street and the Delinquent Tax Office at 365 Losher Street, Suite 120, will continue operations as usual…
