A road-rage incident on Monday led to the arrest of an individual on charges of driving while intoxicated and issuing a terroristic threat, as reported by the Horizon City Police Department via a social media post. HCPD officers, responding to the call in a neighborhood, observed signs of intoxication from the suspect, identified as Delgado, who was then detained for further investigation.
As the situation unfolded, Delgado exhibited a refusal to undergo Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and also chose not to provide a breath or blood sample. Consequently, a blood search warrant was obtained by the authorities, followed by the collection of a blood sample.
