TULSA, Okla. – Tulsa crews are ready to address any lingering issues Monday morning, butTim McCorkell, Public Works Manager for Tulsa’s Street Maintenance Division said during a 9 a.m. update that city-managed roads are mostly safe.
McCorkell told News On 6 Monday morning that crews began preparing for this winter weather last week, making sure brine applicator systems were ready. He said the city has added some calcium chloride to make the brine more effective this year.
