SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — The wrong-way driver involved in a crash that left a young couple dead in Salt Lake City early Saturday morning has been arrested on felony charges.
Jose Angel Torres Jimenez, 21, was arrested in Salt Lake County on two counts of automobile homicide (second-degree felony), driving under the influence – wrong way on highway (class-A misdemeanor), and violation of learner’s permit (infraction).
