CHIMNEY ROCK, N.C. (WLOS) — Ho-ho-hold on tight! Santa Claus is set to make a daring descent down Chimney Rock this weekend as he prepares for the most magical day of the year.
On Saturday, Dec. 6, jolly old Saint Nicholas himself is coming to Chimney Rock State Park to train for delivering presents on Christmas Eve.
From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, park visitors can watch Santa rappel down Chimney Rock in preparation for the big day. Attendees can also enjoy holiday crafts, live music, a hike with an elf, and opportunities to meet animal ambassadors. Photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be available…
