CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — An organization in Chattanooga says they want to move forward with a project in Alton Park despite the loss of a federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant.
The Alton Park connector would have been a 2.6 mile trail system connecting some south Chattanooga neighborhoods to the Tennessee Riverwalk.
