CONYERS — Multiple law enforcement agencies are on the lookout for a Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office inmate who escaped after a medical transport. Officials believe the inmate may be armed with a stolen gun.
According to the RCSO, National EMS and RCSO deputies transported inmate Timothy Shane, 52, of Covington to Grady Hospital Sunday at about 8 p.m. after Shane reportedly attempted to commit suicide.
