Christopher Mansour is the chair of the Computing and Information Science Department at Mercyhurst University. He said that the newest threat in cybersecurity attacks is artificial intelligence (AI).
“We see with the rise of AI and how good AI is right now, there is a lot of bad actors creating fake websites that imitate legitimate ones, and with the help of AI, they’re really good at crafting those sites that sometimes, it ends up tricking individuals for falling victim,” Mansour said.
