(KRON) — Police in Atherton are investigating two residential burglaries and one attempted burglary that occurred between Wednesday and Friday.
The first residential burglary occurred Wednesday at approximately 4:30 a.m. on Patricia Drive, where the suspects gained entry to an unoccupied construction site at the property, the Atherton Police Department said. It is unknown what was stolen during the incident. Authorities said no one was harmed.
On Friday around 3:20 p.m., a residential burglary attempt on Toyon Road was thwarted by security cameras, police. After the suspect broke through a window, the homeowner called out to the man through the indoor camera, causing them to flee.
