HIGH SPRINGS, Fla. – Trevize Henry Nixon, 40, has been charged with eight counts of video voyeurism after photos and videos were discovered on SD cards and thumb drives that reportedly belonged to him.
An Alachua County Sheriff’s Office Detective reported that Nixon was in state prison from 2021 to 2025, so all of the images and videos were created before 2021. The detective’s investigation found three photos that appeared to be taken from a phone or camera facing up from the ground or floor; each one showed an adult victim’s underwear under her dress.
