Convicted Upstate serial killer seeks to end receivership, regain controlling his assets

SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) — Convicted Spartanburg County serial killer Todd Kohlhepp is asking a judge to end the receivership that controls his assets, a move that would return financial control to Kohlhepp and potentially limit compensation to victims’ families.

His attorney appeared in court Monday and asked to end the receivership.
