LANCASTER, Pa. — Efforts to turn a Lancaster retail outlet center into “a modern residential and retail hub” continued this week with the announcement of several new tenants and an updated construction timeline at The Shops @ Rockvale, according to Fernmoor Living, the company overseeing the revitalization project.
In addition to AutoZone, which anchors the new tenants and is expected to open in early spring 2026, five other businesses are also set to open their doors in The Shops @ Rockvale as part of Fernmoor’s vision to create a “dynamic mixed-use destination,” the real estate company said in a press release.
