SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the public’s help in locating the latest Fugitive of the Week.
35-year-old Richard Elwood is currently wanted on five active warrants.
Elwood is described as a white male, with a height of 5’5″, a weight of 135 pounds, a medium build, black hair, and brown eyes.
His last known address is on Hickok Ave. in Syracuse.
Active Warrants Include:
- Aggravated Unlicensed Operation – 3rd
- Family Court Act – Unspecified Violation
- Criminal Contempt 1st – Physical Contact
- Criminal Contempt 2nd – Disobeying Court Order
- Assault 3rd with intent to cause harm
Elwood has warrants stemming from incidents in Syracuse and Clay.
