CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — City officials say this weekend’s prolonged snowstorm placed significant strain on crews working to clear streets, and they are asking residents to do their part to keep plows moving.
Assistant Public Works Director Mike Duffy said crews began plowing Friday evening and continued through Sunday, with cleanup operations still underway Monday.
