Survey seeks public input on Lafayette’s new Mardi Gras parade route

LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) — The controversy over the Mardi Gras parade route in Lafayette continues as Downtown Lafayette Unlimited seeks public feedback through a survey ahead of Tuesday evening’s city council meeting.

The survey aims to gather input from downtown Lafayette stakeholders on recent parade route changes, with the feedback to be presented at the city council meeting where an ordinance to expand the Mardi Gras Activities Advisory Committee will be considered.
