AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Governor Greg Abbott has appointed the CEO of the Deaf Smith County Hospital District to the Health Professions Workforce Coordinating Council.
Candice Smith, of Canyon, is the chief executive officer of Deaf Smith County Hospital District.
She is a member of the GETAC–Disaster Preparedness and Response Committee and the Emergency Medical Task Force.
