18-year-old charged with murder in Albuquerque will be held until trial

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The teen accused of running from police with a dead body in his car will be held behind bars until his trial. Last month, 18-year-old Dominic Speer was arrested and charged with aggravated fleeing, resisting arrest, and murder. Police said witnesses reported a man dragging a dead body out of one car and dropping it in the trunk of his own car.

The suspect took off, reaching speeds of nearly 100 miles per hour. Investigators said they caught up with him again after he crashed on the west side.
