ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A man facing murder charges after a high-speed chase in northwest Albuquerque will remain in jail until his trial.
After multiple no-shows, Dominic Speer finally appeared before a judge on Monday. Officers allege he shot and killed a man last month near Second Street and Menaul Boulevard.
