Commuters are facing delays this afternoon following a three-car collision on I-580 Southbound near the E Plumb Ln. exit. The crash, which occurred around 4:20 PM, resulted in the closure of multiple lanes and the associated on-ramp, snarling rush-hour traffic.
Authorities responded to the scene and closed the two right lanes of I-580 Southbound to manage the incident and clear the wreckage.
