Since 1993, Giuseppe’s Pizza & Italian Specialties has been serving homemade pizza and pasta dishes to Augusta area families. In that time, a lot has changed, but the commitment to serve the best Italian food hasn’t wavered.
It started in 1985 when Joseph Gentile, Joe as he was known to most people, moved from New York to Augusta to purchase Dino’s Pizza in the old Regency Mall. When his lease up in 1993, Gentile decided to build a new restaurant on Wheeler Road and call it Giuseppe’s, which is Joseph in Italian.
