Nashville firm’s rezoning bid for Patten Parkway sparks historic preservation concerns

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A Nashville-based company has put in a request to rezone 19 Patten Parkway so that it can be made into a mixed-use development.

One advocacy group says this would destroy the property’s place on the National Register of Historic Places.
