Rebecca Park disappeared while 38 weeks pregnant. When her body was found, she was dead and the baby was gone. A series of arrests have only raised more questions, as authorities continue their search for her baby.
Park, 22, was reported missing on November 4, and her body was found in the Manistee National Forest on November 25, about 100 miles north of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Park’s baby was due three days before her body was found and she was no longer pregnant when searchers found her dead body, Cadillac News reported.
Currently, Park’s mother and stepfather, Cortney and Brad Bartholomew, are being held on unspecified charges, ABC-74 reported. The pair originally were set to be arraigned on Monday, but prosecutors asked for a delay. They are expected to appear in court at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday…
