(Cedar Springs, MI) – A Kent County mother is facing murder charges after admitting to killing her two-year-old daughter. Irene Whitehead was in Kent County court yesterday related to the death of Ryleigh Whitehead. When deputies responded to the Whitehead’s Cedar Springs home on September 3rd, Irene Whitehead said her daughter was experiencing a breathing episode.
