The Windsor Chavis Nocho Community Complex is under construction at 1601 E. Gate City Blvd. in Greensboro. It is scheduled to open in 2027. The new 65,000-square-foot facility will replace the former Windsor Recreation Center. It will include a library, recreation center, and park. The complex will have spaces for different activities and age groups. It will also provide areas for community partners and social services.
