Upper Allen Township Police arrested a Mechanicsburg man twice within 24 hours after he allegedly returned to the same victim’s home and assaulted her again after posting bail, police said.
Travis J. Brown, 30, of Mechanicsburg, is facing charges including felony strangulation, felony robbery, theft, two counts of simple assault, and two counts of harassment stemming from two separate incidents.
