MNPD: Man charged in connection with fentanyl-related overdose death

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A suspect has been taken into custody months after a man was found dead in a Nashville apartment from a drug overdose, officials said.

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, 28-year-old Blake Fisher was found deceased inside his apartment along Academy Place in March.

Officials said the Medical Examiner ruled that Fisher’s death was related to fentanyl toxicity.
