A peculiar incident unfolded on the Allegheny Valley Expressway in Butler County near the Freeport exit. An unidentified individual, donning a monstrous mask, has been reportedly startling drivers during the early morning commute. The incident was first reported by a social media user who shared their experience of being startled by the masked individual while driving to work at around 6:40 am. The masked individual, driving alongside unsuspecting drivers, would suddenly reveal their frightful mask, causing the drivers to swerve out of shock. The masked individual would then speed away, only to repeat the prank with the next driver.
