PENSACOLA, Fla. — Pensacola Police is explaining Monday that the officer who arrested a community activist Friday night at a food giveaway had initially only planned to issue a warning.
WEAR News reported over the weekend that 49-year-old Michael Kimberl is charged with violating a city ordinance and resisting arrest.
