STOCKTON, Calif. — An international artist is stepping in to help families grieving after the mass shooting that killed four people and hurt eleven others at a Stockton birthday party.
The shooting happened Saturday evening in the area of Lucile Avenue and Thornton Road. Those killed included an 8-year-old, 9-year-old, 14-year-old and 21-year-old.
