An arm of the San Antonio Housing Trust could partner with a New York developer to convert a downtown hotel to mixed-income apartments.
GoodHomes LLC is seeking to buy the Sonesta ES Suites extended-stay hotel at 425 Bonham St. next to the Scottish Rite Library and Museum from Service Properties Trust and refashion the building as 220 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
