AUSTIN (KXAN) — An arrest warrant was issued for a man accused of several burglaries that happened on South Lamar back in September, according to an arrest warrant affidavit obtained by KXAN.
Christopher Saia, 35, is facing a charge of burglary of a building after he was accused of breaking into five businesses, three of which he was seen on surveillance footage on Sept. 18, the affidavit said. A Google Map search shows each business hit is within walking distance.
The affidavit said shortly after 4 a.m., the first business, located at 1700 South Lamar Boulevard, was burglarized. According to the affidavit, Saia was captured on the business’ surveillance wearing a black hat with an Aviator National emblem, tan shorts and a black T-shirt with white lettering reading “Raised to Life.”…
