ROCK RAPIDS—A 33-year-old Sioux Falls, SD, man was arrested about 2:05 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29, in Rock Rapids on a charge of first-offense possession of a controlled substance — methamphetamine.
The arrest of Jarred Robert Christensen stemmed from a report by a snowplow driver of a 2002 Lexus RX 300 stopped in the middle of the road, according to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office.
