ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — An Albany man was arrested Tuesday after police said he was involved in a domestic incident that led to a police chase and crash.
Albany police were called around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a person with a weapon at a home on Broad Street near Alexander Street. Police said Julian Washington, 21, was in a fight with a woman when he threatened her with a handgun.

Police saw Washington leave the residence in a car and attempted a traffic stop. However, police said he did not comply, disobeyed a traffic signal, and crashed into an officer’s patrol vehicle at Morton Avenue and South Pearl Street.
Washington then fled on foot with police in pursuit. He was taken into custody in the area of Green Street and Rensselaer Street. A loaded handgun was also found in his vehicle, according to police…
