BALTIMORE, Md. (WBFF) — It’s been more than seven months since 53-year-old Dawn White was found dead inside of a safe in the basement of her South Baltimore home. And yet, her family is still no closer to learning what happened to her.
However, Baltimore police now say a breakthrough could be just around the corner.
