A stretch of I-95 was shut down on Tuesday morning following a reported tractor-trailer crash in Northern Maryland that closed the interstate.
At around 11 a.m. on Dec. 2, first responders were called to the northbound lanes of the interstate near MD-24 in Harford County, where a crash shut down all lanes of the highway, backing up traffic for miles in Edgewood.

According to reports, there was a possible HazMat situation that was complicating the crash scene. Drivers have been advised to avoid the area as crews continue to investigate the incident.
