A Wilson man who sold the fentanyl pills that killed a 17-year-old in 2023 pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in Wilson County Criminal Superior Court on Tuesday.
Albert Graham Green, 24, of Wilson and Asheville had been charged with felony death by distribution in the fentanyl poisoning death of Jacob Puente Castro of Wilson on Sept. 25, 2023.
