CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – A Brown County man who fired at a driver on a Clermont County road in August is going to prison.
The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office said the victim tried to pass a Kia driving erratically on Starling Road when he heard three pops. He then felt glass hit his face and neck from his shattered rearview mirror. Deputies say he was not hurt but a bullet came within inches of hitting the victim in the head.
Using Flock cameras, deputies tracked the Kia to Locust Ridge New Harmony Road in Pike Township. The homeowner said the car belonged to Miles Popp who lived in an outbuilding on the property. He was found hiding in a barn, according to Clermont County Prosecutor Mark Tekulve…
