LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Strasburg man has been sentenced to 10 to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty in October to repeatedly raping and sexually assaulting a young girl.
26-year-old Brent Matthew Groff pleaded guilty to 15 felony and misdemeanor charges on Oct. 28. As part of his sentence Groff must also register as a sex offender for life.
