Two men are dead following an apparent shooting at the Los Angeles Reclamation Plant in Atwater Village Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to the plant on Colorado Boulevard just before 6 a.m. after receiving a call about a person down with a gunshot wound, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
