A Canandaigua man was arrested after allegedly confronting someone who had a court order requiring him to stay away.
Kurtis A. Freeman, 34, is facing a charge of criminal contempt in the second degree following an incident at an Eastern Boulevard restaurant on November 24.
According to police, Freeman approached a person and their children while they were dining and demanded that they leave. Investigators later confirmed there was an active stay-away order of protection against Freeman at the time.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment…
