In an unexpected incident that unfolded in Beaverdale, two unmarked SUVs, equipped with hidden lights, abruptly halted a Dodge minivan on Lower Beaver Avenue, right in front of DeVries landscaping. The event quickly led to a significant traffic backup, extending all the way to the stop sign at Beaver Avenue.
