FREEPORT, Ill. (WTVO) — The city of Freeport announced it will run Re-Fresh Freeport again for 2026.
“If you see a pile of garbage that’s not very pleasing to the eye, it doesn’t make you feel extremely safe,” said communications director Bryan Bridge.
