SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — One 14-year-old is dead following a crash involving a pickup.
According to the South Dakota Department of Transportation, the crash happened around 12:30 Saturday morning, one mile southeast of Hudson.

Teague Rus, 18, was driving a pickup that was pulling a snowboarder north on 488th Avenue near 294th Street. The snowboarder fell and the truck stopped and began to back up. A 14-year-old boy who was riding in the bed of the pickup fell and was struck by the truck.
