SPOKANE, Wash. — Westbound I-90 is now open after being fully blocked following a semi-truck crash just west of the Medical Lake/SR-902 Interchange, just roughly 10 miles west of Spokane, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) on its X account.
WSDOT says drivers should slow down and drive carefully.
