Emotions ran high at arraignment hearings for the men accused of killing two teenagers in a drive-by shooting in Thurston County on Nov. 14. Trequanne Trenelle Wilson-Mason, 20, pleaded not guilty to all charges on Tuesday, Nov. 25. His co-defendant, Jaden Hawk Johns, 20, was set to enter his own not-guilty pleas that same day, but his hearing was delayed after a fight between members of the victims’ family and the defendants’ family broke out in the courtroom.Several people were asked to leave the premises. Johns’ arraignment hearing proceeded without incident Wednesday. Johns pleaded not guilty to all charges. Trial is currently set to begin Jan. 20, with review hearings scheduled for Dec. 17 and a trial confirmation hearing scheduled for Jan. 8.
