WATERVLIET — City police say a $2,500 reward is being offered to anyone who shares information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for the death of Zaniyla Hill-Conley, the 1-year-old girl whose August death was ruled a homicide.
Police said they are actively investigating the case, but so far, there are no outward signs that an arrest is imminent.
