ALBANY — A 37-year-old Albany man who fled from police after he was initially found passed out holding a gun in the driver’s seat of a running car pleaded guilty to a weapon charge on Tuesday in Albany County Court, according to Albany County District Attorney Lee C. Kindlon.
Eric Gamble pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, before Judge William Little.
