COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) — A man faces drug trafficking charges after an undercover sting operation, according to the Cayce Police Department.
Roheem Bell is charged with trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking cocaine, trafficking crack cocaine, and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
