Trial date set for Detroit siblings charged in deadly Eastpointe Footlocker shooting

MACOMB COUNTY, Mich. – A trial date has been set for the Detroit siblings charged in connection with the shooting at the parking lot of a Footlocker in Eastpointe that killed two people and injured others.

Lakylia Sheila Taylor, 20, of Detroit, was charged with second-degree homicide, assault with intent to murder, tampering with evidence, carrying a concealed weapon and two counts of felony firearm after she turned herself in on May 5.
